Goals This Quarter
Service
Timmy allows members to explore their passions for service by offering in person events. We hope for members to become active leaders in the community and continue to engage with the local and global community. In addition, this year we are excited to announce our service trip to the Dominican Republic, in which members can further their learning and volunteering abroad.
Advocacy
Through our advocacy, we plan to focus on our Women & Children committee this quarter. Our goal is to create advocacy events geared towards women's health equity and accessibility of proper menstrual care products.
Fundraising
Our goal for fundraising is for every member to raise $100 for our chapter each academic year, which would thus give a goal amount of $3000 in order to support our international partners and communities. This would improve access to primary care, specifically within the areas of nutrition, water, sanitation and hygiene, maternal and child health within the target communities.
