President - Sophie Cresitello
Sophie is a fourth-year Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology major from New Jersey. Outside of Timmy, Sophie is a medical scribe, math tutor, participates in neuropsychology research, and is currently applying to medical school! She loves the beach, trying new restaurants around LA, and her cats. This year, she is looking forward to another great year as president and meeting our new members!
Chief of Staff - David Mastro
David is a fourth-year Microbiology, Immunology, and Molecular Genetics major from Washington D.C. He currently works in an immunology lab at UCLA and volunteers at Cedars-Sinai in the ICU with plans to go to medical school after college. He is looking forward to maintaining good organization in the club and promoting activity from in members in his role as Chief of Staff!
Director of Finance - Sloane Richie
Sloane is a second-year Biology major from Arizona. She participates as a Gift of Life campus ambassador where she connects potential donors to the bone marrow registry to save cancer patients. She loves books, live music and anything outdoors, including camping and backpacking. She is looking forward to creating fundraisers, getting the larger UCLA campus involved with Timmy Global Health and making the service trip more cost-effective for Timmy club members!
Director of Domestic Service - Leila Sach
Leila is a fourth-year Psychology major from Los Angeles, California. She is currently shadowing at a rheumatology office, tutoring middle schoolers in math, and doing undergraduate research in a GI lab at UCLA! She is excited to find more health-oriented opportunities to prepare Timmy's members for the upcoming service trip and upholding the primary goals of global health city-wide.
Director of Social Outreach - Gianna Sciole
Gianna is a fourth-year Physiological Science major from Philadelphia. She is working as a medical scribe for a cardiologist, studying for the MCAT, and getting involved with undergraduate research at UCLA. She enjoys the beach, spending time with friends and family, and traveling. She is looking forward to getting more UCLA organizations involved in Timmy's mission and going on the service trip for a second year.
Director of Education -
Francesca Parodi
Francesca is a second-year biochemistry major from Manhattan Beach. She is pursuing the premed/prepharm track, hoping to gain a Pharm-MD and go into drug synthesis to develop more cost effective, non toxic pharmaceutical products. In her free time, she enjoys playing volleyball, hiking, and cooking. She is looking forward to extending member impact by forming volunteer partnerships and facilitating a peer learning atmosphere.
Timmy National Director- Nathan Sigel
Nathan is a fourth-year Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology major. He is involved in undergraduate research in the Coller Lab at UCLA. When not on campus, he can be found mountain skiing, playing the piano, or hiking. He is looking forward to attending next year's service trip, with a special emphasis on expanding the trip to as many members as possible!
